Related Cos. reveals new office for West Palm Beach
The first new Class A office tower in a decade could rise in downtown West Palm Beach, as the Related Cos. has unveiled plans for 360 Rosemary.
The New York-based developer, led by billionaire Miami Dolphins owner Stephen M. Ross, wants to build the 18-story, 285,000-square-foot office building at the corner of Rosemary Avenue and Evernia Street near CityPlace, a mixed-use project the company previously developed.
Related Cos. said the building would be LEED certified at the Silver level, and all floors would have 10-foot ceilings. Amenities would include a fitness center, conference center, and an industrial-style lobby.

The developer owns the 31.9-acre site on the south side of West Sunrise Boulevard, just west of Northwest 136th Avenue. Its plans call for 750,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of commercial space, 750 high-rise residential units and 1.6 acres of park/open space. The maximum building height would be 15 stories.
Developer seeks more density on Brickell site
A 1.16-acre site in Miami’s Brickell area could be rezoned to increase its density for a mixed-use project.
Brickell Motel LLC, and other related entities managed by Jose I. Rasco and Juan D. Calle, wants to change the zoning for 102-130 S.W. Eighth St., 826 S.W. First Court and 101 S.W. Ninth St. The maximum square footage would increase to 1.13 million square feet, while the residential density would remain 232 units. Three projects planned around west Boynton Beach intersection

At the northeast corner of the intersection, a 67,518-square-foot commercial center has been proposed on the 3.1-acre site just east of Publix-anchored Town Commons. Lynx Zuckerman at Fort Myers LLC, managed by Ryan Zuckerman, has the property under contract from Town Commons Acquisition, managed by Scardina.
On the 12.1-acre site at the southeast corner of the intersection, Civic Hypoluxo Holdings, managed by Alexander Akel of Akel Homes, wants to build a 347-bed assisted living community at Villages at Windsor.
